"CSN&Y EXPERIENCE" - A Tribute to Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young is performed by some of Cape Town’s most harmonically gifted musicians, Jono Tait, James Smith, Matt Catto & Nick Catto.
The show echoes the sentiments and sounds that have defined generations. The show celebrates the rich, intricate melodies and profound lyrics that made CSNY a cornerstone of the folk-rock movement. Embodying the spirit/sound of the 60s and 70s, it transports audiences back to an era where music spoke of change, unity, and timeless love. Each performance is both a tribute and a journey, capturing the essence of classic tracks like "Carry On," "Southern Cross," and "Teach Your Children".

Sally Burkett is in disgrace! Suspended from Littleman Junior School amidst a scandal unlike any other. Sally thought that her 30 years of teaching had given her immunity to scandal, but the “much loved” Ms Burkett rocked the small school and town, and now she awaits her fate. She has worked hard to navigate changing policies, updated learning styles, and new age parents–what could she possibly have done to send her into this purgatory, and can she recover? Laugh along with Sally as she ponders her fate, and unpacks what brought her to the particular hell of Zoom teaching online!
Ms. B-haved made its debut at the National Arts Festival in Makhanda. It is a look at the extremes expected from educators, parents and learners in an ever changing world and the reaches of cancel culture that have become the norm.Written and performed by Sue Diepeveen Directed by Natasha Sutherland in her directorial debut.

HOTEL CALIFORNIA: THE ULTIMATE EAGLES TRIBUTE
Hotel California: The Ultimate Eagles Tribute is a celebration and tribute to one of the greatest selling rock bands of all time. The Eagles. This show is performed by a powerful 6 piece band of multi-talented South African musicians, Ant Kinsey (Lead vocalist and Bass), Simon van Dugteren (Guitar and Vocals) Francois Hardy (Vocals and Percussion) Simon Kettleborough (Keyboards), Greg Schoeman (Electric Guitar) and Malcolm Cassisa (Drums). They will be bringing us the best of The Eagles with all-time favourites like “Hotel California” , “Tequila Sunrise”, "Take It Easy", "One of These Nights”, "Heartache Tonight", "I Can't Tell You Why" as well as songs from the individual solo hits like “The Boys of Summer” by Don Henley and “The Heat Is On” by Glen Frey. The Eagles, were voted Album of the Century, and were ranked number 75 on Rolling Stone's 2010 list of the "100 Greatest Artists of All Time.

Old School Country Legends Tribute
James Marais and Monique Cassells are renowned for their “oldies music” tribute shows, and they are now bringing their “Old School Country Legends Tribute” back to The Drama Factory. Just as with their previous shows, this Old School Country tribute is a mini-theatrical experience, featuring the dynamic vocal and visual performances of James and Monique, alternating as a duo and individual performers, who also do multiple costume changes throughout. You can expect to hear music by Country legends including Johnny Cash, Don Williams, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Glen Campbell, Kenny Rogers, Pussycat, The Bellamy Brothers and many more.
James and Monique are a powerful duo and perform some wonderful duets in the show by artists such as Johnny Cash and June Carter (“Jackson”), Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton (“Islands in the Stream”), as well as songs not originally performed as a duet, such as Merle Haggard’s “Somewhere Between”. Other great Country artists represented include Charley Pride (“Kiss an Angel Good Morning”), Pussycat (“Mississippi”) and the Bellamy Brothers (“Let Your Love Flow”). Country classics by the iconic Elvis Presley and the great Creedence Clearwater Revival will also be included.
Bring along your Country hat, belt and boots, and come and enjoy a tribute to some of the greatest Old School Country songs of all time!

In Die Reisigers nooi sy gehore uit na klankruimtes waar beweging, stilte, selfliefde en aanvaarding in harmonie saamvloei. Hierdie splinternuwe produksie bied musiek wat ontstaan het tydens haar reise deur Suid-Afrika en Europa — liedjies deurdrenk nie net van die ervarings van die pad nie, maar ook van die dieper insigte wat daardie reise ontbloot het. Deur die oë van ’n reisiger en waarnemer besin Luna oor ontmoetings en gesprekke met vreemdelinge. Our new production goes on tour to The National Arts Festival in Makhanda.
Directed by Natasha Sutherland and starring Sue Diepeveen, Ms.B-haved sees beloved teacher Sally Burkett in disgrace! After thirty years of teaching, she finds her reputation in tatters, suspended from Littleman Junior School for a misdemeanor that could get her fired. The school drop off zone has become a hotbed of gossip; the guessing game surrounding her scandal is jamming all the parent group apps. Come laugh along with firecracker Sally as she ponders her fate, whilst unpacking what brought her to her current hell of zoom teaching online!Ms.B-haved explores the extremes expected from educators, parents and learners in an ever-shifting world and the reaches of ‘cancel culture’ that have become the norm. Whilst Diepeveen’s new play tickles one’s funny bone, it also explores the trepidation, nostalgia and tenacity that happens when inevitable change challenges our identity and worth.
